Kirsty is an Associate Director at Build Recruitment, a seasoned senior recruiter with over 13 years of experience spanning both the public and private sectors.

Based in Cornwall, she joined the Build Recruitment Team to drive the growth of their Construction, Maintenance, and Property & Surveying division. Kirsty specialises in white-collar management roles—both freelance and permanent—providing expert guidance to candidates and clients across the South West. She works closely with Main Contractors, Developers, and SME businesses throughout Devon, Cornwall, and Somerset.

Kirsty is a proud mum of two and a dedicated football mum, who lives for match days and muddy boots!
